Joinery to building standards
Apartment buildings must be built to meet strict standards : energy requirements, access for people with reduced mobility, and reinforced security and insulation for ground floor flats.
All our joinery is designed with these requirements in mind and in response to the specifications of architects and property developers. Our ranges of entrance doors, patio doors and sliding doors comply with the building law which regulates minimum door sizes for PRMs, as well as requirements regarding threshold heights in apartment buildings.
Our aluminium joinery solutions also respond to the concerns of environmental regulation RE2020 in terms of thermal insulation to reduce building energy consumption.
Our joinery systems are carefully selected and specifically developed to meet the particular requirements of this type of building and significantly improve the quality of life of the residents.
